2. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
